To provide an opportunity for independent, in-depth, study of an aspect of natural hazard science, and to present the results in written and oral form

Outcomes

To become familiar with the independent research experience; to learn to critically evaluate data and make sound scientific conclusions on the basis of this evaluation; to develop skills for presenting scientific ideas in both written and oral formats.
